Shipping Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- High Volume Periods: During high-volume periods such as holidays or special sales, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders. Please note that expedited shipping does not speed up the processing time.
- International Shipping: International shipping options are available, with rates calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

White labeling & Custom Orders: Pricing includes standard shipping but we also offer express if needed. Product customization typically takes 10-12 business days but can vary depending on market demand, holidays, or high-volume orders.

- Express Shipping: Allow 12-15 business days post production.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after the order has been processed.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.
- Delays: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, and natural disasters.

Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for assistance.
Changes to Your Order
- Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating the shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after this time frame.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we are unable to cancel your order as it may already be in process.
Damages and Issues
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
- Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing item(s).
